Career Start is currently seeking a Cable Installation Technician in the Rochester, NY area. To be considered for the Cable Installation Technician position, candidates must have previous experience in field installations.
Responsibilities of the Cable Installation Technician:

- Install and service Cat 6, 6A, 5E, Fiber Optic and Coax cabling
- Complete installation and service projects on-time and on-budget
- Perform closet buildouts, terminations, testing and certifications
- Complete daily assignments and work orders, as scheduled, in a professional manner
- 1-2 years’ experience installing Cat 6, 6A, 5E, Fiber Optic and Coax cabling
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
