Responsibilities Of Tool Maker:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of new mold builds, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues in mold repair and maintenance projects, fostering their professional growth.
- Spearhead innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing mold efficiency and performance, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
- Design and fabricate intricate fixtures, jigs, and gages to optimize production processes and minimize downtime.
- Actively contribute to continuous process improvement efforts, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions to drive operational excellence.
- Hold a Journeyman mold maker certification or possess equivalent hands-on experience in the field.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of extensive practical experience in building and troubleshooting injection molds, showcasing a deep understanding of the intricacies involved.
- Exhibit mastery in new mold builds, mold repair, and maintenance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Possess advanced knowledge of mold construction techniques and troubleshooting methodologies, enabling effective problem-solving and resolution.
- Possess strong leadership skills to effectively mentor and guide junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to growth and development.
