Responsibilities of the Bakery Technician:       
  • Achieve assigned goals in production, safety, quality, performance, and cost
  • Clean and sanitize bakery equipment as per operating procedures and checklists
  • Set up, operate, and monitor bakery equipment to meet quality standards and scheduled checks
  • Supply equipment with necessary materials for production
  • Monitor equipment for production quality and promptly report issues to management
  • Learn and execute bakery processes within established guidelines
Requirements of the Bakery Technician:     
  • GED of High School Diploma
