Benefits & Pay of Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator:    
  • $55,000 to $70,000 based on experience
Responsibilities of Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator:    
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and maintain records.
  • Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives in the EHS program
  • Conduct safety training on hazard communication, emergency response, and facility safety.
  • Maintain ongoing education for team members on safety procedures.
  • Regularly communicate safety performance and initiatives to management, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans, conducting drills for readiness.
  • Stay current on local, state, and federal regulations related to environmental health and safety. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and update environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements of Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator:    
  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or related field
  • 3 + years of professional safety and health experience.  Prior experience in a manufacturing facility is a plus
  • Working knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and ANSI regulations and experience with regulatory training
